DFI are looking for energetic, creative people with great story ideas for film, to take part in the entry-level filmmaking program that will take participants through the entire process in just 7 days: story structure, brainstorming, screenwriting techniques, preproduction, shooting and postproduction.

The 7 Day Filmmaking Challenge enables DFI to develop people who are serious about entering the film industry, and who would like to progress onto more advanced workshops in the future.

Dates: April 28th – May 5th

April 28th – May 2nd: 6 PM – 9 PM
May 3rd : 1:30 PM – 9 PM
May 4th : 9 AM – 9 PM
May 5th : 6 PM – 9 PM

Location: Katara Cultural Village

Submissions close April 21st and accepted applicants will be notified by April 25th.

This workshop is open for participants 18 years old and up.
